​Health Insurance Information 

 Many major health insurance plans cover acupuncture when considered medically necessary by your insurance provider for a limited number of common conditions and symptoms.  Please check directly with your carrier.  Most PPO plans are currently accepted as an Out Of Network Provider.  You are responsible for your copayment and any amounts not covered by your plan.   In -Network provider with Blue Shield of California, L.A. Care  and Employers Healthcare Network.

If you plan on using your insurance, Verification is required before your appointment and may take a few business days. As an individual provider, the billing and verification is through an outside service. Insurance benefits are limited to office visits and are limited to specific symptoms and conditions as deemed medically necessary by your insurer.
